Tirupur to get ESI Hospital soon.

Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Bandaru Dattatreya recently announced the setting up of a 100-bed ESI Hospital in Tirupur. Responding to the demand of the industry for such a facility in the knitwear export cluster, the minister said that he would sanction ₹150 crore for it. Meanwhile, ESIC sources confirmed that the land has been acquired for construction of the hospital.
