"SEPC Ltd Successfully Secures Order Worth Rs. 427.79 Crores"

SEPC Ltd's bid, submitted on July 17, 2023, has been formally accepted by the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department of the Government of Jharkhand. The contract, valued at Rs. 427,79,17,280.00 (Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven Crores and Seventy-Nine Lakhs Seventeen Thousand and Two Eighty Only), was confirmed through the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance on November 29, 2023. The soft copy of the letter was received by SEPC Ltd on December 4, 2023.

The scope of the awarded contract encompasses the construction of an Intake Well with a gangway measuring 257.00 meters in length, an RCC riser for the rising main, an Elevated Service Reservoir, sump site development, approach road, as well as the supply and installation of VT & Centrifugal pump motors. Additionally, the contract includes provisions for staff quarters and house connections, all to be executed on a turnkey basis.

The timeline for the project stipulates completion within 27 calendar months from the date of the agreement, excluding three months allocated for a trial run. Following the construction phase, the contract further entails a five-year period dedicated to operation and maintenance. SEPC Ltd is now poised to embark on the implementation of this significant infrastructure project as outlined in the recently secured contract with the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department of the Government of Jharkhand.
