PVV Infra Secures ₹799 Crore Solar Power Orders in Uttar Pradesh.

PVV Infra, a company focused on rooftop and ground-mounted solar power installations, has secured two major solar power orders worth ₹799 crore in Uttar Pradesh.

Its subsidiary, PVV EVTech, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for a 100 MW solar power project spread across Baghpat and Moradabad districts. The project, to be executed in joint venture with Nacof Oorja, involves a total investment of ₹384 crore and is expected to generate annual revenue of ₹53 crore.

Additionally, PVV Housing, another subsidiary of PVV Infra, has received an EPC contract for a 109 MW solar project in the same districts. This project will also be developed in partnership with Nacof Oorja.

These orders mark a significant expansion of PVV Infra’s presence in Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy sector.
