Pioneer Urban Announces ₹3,500 Crore Alura Ultra-Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram, Targets ₹9,000 Crore Sales

Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Limited has announced an investment exceeding ₹3,500 crore to develop Alura, an ultra-luxury serviced residential project at Pioneer District, Sector 62, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, Haryana. The development is expected to generate sales realisation exceeding ₹9,000 crore.

Spread across 6.99 acres, the project will comprise approximately 250 premium residences across two towers, featuring spacious apartments, duplexes and penthouses ranging from 7,000 to 15,000 square feet.

Designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the development will incorporate luxury amenities, private elevator lobbies, landscaped spaces and advanced building infrastructure. The project will feature approximately 1.5 lakh square feet of exclusive club facilities, including swimming pools, restaurants, fitness centres, wellness facilities and recreational spaces.

Construction activities have commenced, with project completion targeted for the second quarter of 2031. Investment will be financed through a combination of equity, debt and customer advances.
