Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Presence with New Properties in Srinagar, Mussoorie, and Vijayawada.

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced the signing of a new property in Srinagar, marking the addition of the 40-room Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, set to open in FY 2026. This development enhances the company’s expanding presence in Jammu and Kashmir.

In addition to the Srinagar property, Lemon Tree recently launched a new resort in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The Lemon Tree Resort, featuring 44 rooms and suites, plans to expand in a second phase with a fitness centre and banquet facility.

On September 18, the company revealed plans for a 44-room Keys Lite property by Lemon Tree Hotels in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, also expected to commence operations in FY 2026.

Since opening its first hotel in 2004, Lemon Tree Hotels has grown to a portfolio of over 180 hotels across various segments, from economy to upscale, operating under seven distinct brands. With more than 110 operational hotels and an additional 70 in the pipeline, Lemon Tree has established a strong footprint in metro areas and tier I, II, and III cities across India, as well as in international locations including Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal.
