Lemon Tree Hotels Expands International Footprint with New Property Signing in Nepal’s Simara.

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced the signing of a new property in Simara, further strengthening its international presence.

In a regulatory filing to stock exchanges, the company stated that it has signed Lemon Tree Hotel, Simara, Nepal. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

With this latest addition, Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio in Nepal will expand to seven properties, comprising two operational hotels and five upcoming projects. The move highlights the company’s strategic focus on expanding its footprint across key gateway cities and transit-driven markets.
