Larsen & Toubro Secures ₹2,500–5,000 Crore Projects in Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka Real Estate Push.

Larsen & Toubro has said its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured multiple “large” category orders from a real estate client for projects across Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The company classifies contracts valued between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore as “large”.

In a statement on Thursday, the engineering major said one of the key orders involves the design and construction of a major residential project in Hyderabad, featuring 10 high-rise towers of up to 180 metres each. The development will include two basements and 55 floors per tower, along with two clubhouses.

Another order pertains to a luxury residential tower in Worli, Mumbai, where L&T will execute the reinforced cement concrete (RCC) shell-and-core works for a 260-metre-high structure comprising five basements and 63 floors.

The third project is in Karnataka and includes the construction of residential villas, a luxury hotel, and associated infrastructure. L&T’s scope covers RCC shell-and-core construction along with related finishing works.

The company’s Buildings & Factories vertical undertakes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects across residential and commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, public infrastructure, data centres, and industrial facilities.
