K2 Infra Wins Major ₹390.91-Crore Road Development Order in Telangana.

K2 InfraGen Ltd has secured a road infrastructure contract worth ₹390.91 crore from the Government of Telangana, the company said recently.

The contract involves the construction, upgradation, strengthening and maintenance of selected roads under the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department (PRED) in the Bhongir Circle. The project is part of the Telangana Rural Roads Development Programme being implemented under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) framework.

The awarded package falls under Phase I, Package No. 2 of the programme and is aimed at enhancing rural road connectivity and infrastructure in the region.

As per the terms of the Hybrid Annuity Mode model, K2 InfraGen will be required to establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and complete the necessary agreement formalities within the stipulated timeline before commencing project execution.

The Gurugram-based infrastructure company said the project marks a significant addition to its order book and strengthens its presence in the road development sector.
