IHCL to Open 10 New Ginger Hotels in South India.

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) announced a major expansion of its Ginger brand, signing a deal on Monday to add ten new hotels across South India. This move is part of a strategic partnership with Madison, the hospitality platform of the Hyderabad-based JV Ventures and Terminus group.

The new hotels will be a mix of both greenfield (new construction) and brownfield (renovation of existing properties) projects. Among the new developments is a planned 75-key Ginger hotel at Genome Valley in Telangana.

This expansion will significantly boost Ginger's presence in the southern states, catering to the region's growing demand for quality and affordable accommodation. The partnership highlights IHCL's commitment to strengthening its footprint in key markets through strategic collaborations.
