Honda Motorcyles in talks to finalise plant in Gujarat.

Honda Motorcycles and Scooters is planning to setup its plant in the area, have initiated discussions related to finalising details of the state support agreement with the Gujarat government in Mandal-Becharaji region.

The Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation has already acquired around 500 hectares of land in the region to develop an industrial estate.

HMSI is looking for land in the Viramgam area, which falls between Sanand and Becharaji which is the site for the proposed Maruti Suzuki plant.
