GVK buys stake in 2 firms

Hyderabad: GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has acquired the entire equity share capital of GVK Energy Pvt Ltd and GVK Developmental Projects Pvt Ltd (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of each company). As a result, these two companies have become wholly owned subsidiaries of the company.
