"GE Power India Ltd Secures Contracts from Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd"

GE Power India Limited has successfully secured contracts from Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited.

The first contract entails the design and engineering, supply, transportation, field assembly, erection, and commissioning, as well as performance guarantee testing (PGT) of Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) for the Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant located in Nigrie. Valued at Rs. 490.5 crores plus GST (18%), this project is slated for completion within 33 months.

In addition, GE Power India Limited has also been awarded a contract for the design and engineering, supply, transportation, field assembly, erection, and commissioning, as well as performance guarantee testing (PGT) of Boiler FGD for the Bina Thermal Power Plant situated in Bina. This contract, worth Rs. 284.4 crores plus GST (18%), is expected to be completed within 30 months.
