Garuda Aerospace Teams Up with Micron Instruments for Defence Tech Development.

Chennai-based Garuda Aerospace has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Micron Instruments, a manufacturer of precision fuzes, defence ammunition systems and other critical military components, to jointly develop next-generation indigenous defence solutions.

Under the agreement, the two companies will combine their capabilities in advanced manufacturing, defence engineering and innovation to design systems including loitering munitions, payload-enabled unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and other advanced unmanned platforms.

The partnership will also integrate Micron Instruments’ expertise in custom-designed fuzes with Garuda Aerospace’s drone technology capabilities, the companies said.
