FirstClub to Scale Up to 50 Clubhouses, Broadens Footprint Outside Bengaluru.
Quality-focused quick commerce start-up FirstClub is accelerating its expansion plans following a fresh funding round, with the company targeting a network of around 50 clubhouses across Bengaluru and Hyderabad over the next six months, while also expanding into new product categories.
The Bengaluru-based start-up currently operates 24 clubhouses — 21 in Bengaluru and three in Hyderabad — and plans to deepen its presence in its existing markets before considering expansion into additional cities.
“In Bengaluru, we’ll be opening another 10 to 15 clubhouses in the next six months. In Hyderabad, we’ll hit something around 25 clubhouses, so we plan to hit around 50 clubhouses in the next six months,” FirstClub founder and chief executive officer Ayyappan R told businessline.
The planned expansion underscores the company’s strategy to strengthen its quick commerce footprint by increasing hyperlocal distribution points and improving service coverage in key urban markets.
Alongside its physical expansion, FirstClub is also looking to diversify its offerings as it seeks to build a broader presence in the fast-growing quick commerce segment.
