Enviro Infra Engineers Wins ₹972 Crore Sewage Infrastructure Projects in Maharashtra Under SBM 2.0.
Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd has said it has received letters of empanelment (LoEs) for two sewage infrastructure projects in Maharashtra valued at a combined ₹972 crore under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0.
The projects have been awarded by the Swachh Maharashtra Mission Directorate for the development of sewage treatment plants (STPs) and associated sewerage networks across urban local bodies in Pune and Nashik.
Under the first project in the Pune region, the company will construct 120.50 million litres per day (MLD) of STP capacity, along with 209 km of interception and diversion network and 887.2 km of sewer pipelines across 306 urban local bodies. The project is valued at ₹587.21 crore.
The second project, located in the Nashik region, involves the development of 121.10 MLD STP capacity, along with 105.5 km of interception and diversion network and 433.68 km of sewer pipelines, with a contract value of ₹384.98 crore.
Both projects will be executed on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis and are scheduled for completion within 24 months.
The initiatives are aimed at strengthening urban sanitation systems and improving wastewater management infrastructure across smaller and mid-sized urban centres in Maharashtra.
