Emaar set to award tender at Jeddah Gate project.

Saudi Arabian developer Emaar Middle East will shortly award the tender to construct a dedicated commercial precint at its flagship mixed-use Jeddah Gate development in Jeddah's downtown area.

Emaar Square is the dedicated commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate and blends luxurious lifestyle amenities with a modern business environment.

The three dedicated office buildings of five floors each, which make up the Emaar Square commercial development, are set around Crescent Plaza, a lifestyle destination with luxury retail outlets and an array of F&B choices.

Additional retail and F&B are available on the lower levels of the three Emaar Square buildings.

At the heart of the Plaza is a water feature with the Emaar Square offices opening to views of the fountain.
