Chalet Hotels Launches New Hospitality Brand ‘ATHIVA Hotels and Resorts.

Chalet Hotels recently announced the launch of its new hospitality brand, ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, which will debut across six properties with over 900 rooms and an estimated capital expenditure of around ₹1,500 crore.

Positioned in the upper upscale segment, ATHIVA will open its first property — the 147-key The Dukes Retreat in Khandala, Maharashtra — on October 16, Chalet Hotels Managing Director and CEO Sanjay Sethi told reporters.

The brand’s initial portfolio will also include a fully renovated business hotel in Navi Mumbai, The Resort at Aksa Beach (a K Raheja Corp Group Hotel), and three greenfield developments currently under construction — two in Goa and one in Thiruvananthapuram.
