Capacit'e Infraprojects Wins ₹306 Crore Residential Construction Contract in Mumbai

Mumbai, November 4, 2026: Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) worth approximately ₹306 crore from Puravankara Limited for the construction of the Estrella residential project in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The contract, valued at ₹306 crore excluding GST, covers comprehensive civil construction works for the multi-storey residential development. The project comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, an amenity floor, 25 residential floors, terrace structures and additional facilities, including retail spaces and a clubhouse.

The award further strengthens Capacit'e Infraprojects' construction portfolio in Mumbai's premium residential real estate market and reinforces its ongoing business relationship with Puravankara.

The company's Managing Director, Rahul Katyal, stated that the contract reflects continued confidence in its project execution capabilities and commitment to timely delivery.

The Estrella development represents another significant residential construction assignment for Capacit'e Infraprojects, supporting its order book and future revenue visibility in India's expanding urban housing sector.
