Brigade Group Announces ₹1,700-Crore Residential Development in Chennai.

Brigade Group has launched its new residential project, Brigade Stellaris, on a 5.19-acre land parcel along Velachery Road in Chennai. The project, fully owned by the company, carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹1,700 crore, according to an official release.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the project reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to high-quality construction and urban living standards. “As we continue to expand our footprint in Chennai, our focus remains on delivering high-quality construction that aligns with the global aspirations of our customers. This project is part of our continued focus to elevate the standard of urban living in one of the city’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods,” Shankar said.
