Atlantaa Ltd Receives Letter of Intent for Major Redevelopment Project

Atlantaa Limited has been chosen as the developer for the redevelopment project of Highway Milton Co-operative Housing Society Limited's premises at "Bansi Nagar," located off Western Express Highway, Borivali (East), Mumbai. The selection process was conducted under Regulation 79 (A) of the Maharashtra Corporation Societies Act 1960 and was based on the regulatory approval from the office of the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, R-North Ward.

Following this approval, the Highway Milton Co-operative Housing Society issued a letter of award to Atlantaa Limited, granting the rights to develop the project on a plot measuring approximately 4,496 square meters. The redevelopment project has the potential to create 1,61,187 square feet of carpet area, offering a significant opportunity for the company to expand its presence in the Mumbai real estate market.
