"Waaree Energies Delivers 850 MW Solar PV Modules to Acciona Energia in the United States"

In a successful collaboration, Waaree Energies announced recently that it has fulfilled the delivery of 850 megawatts (MW) of solar PV modules for ongoing projects in the United States led by Acciona Energia, a prominent renewable energy company based in Spain.

The partnership between the two companies extends further, as they unveiled a three-year agreement outlining Waaree's commitment to supply an additional 1.5 gigawatts (GW) of solar modules to Acciona for upcoming US projects scheduled between 2024 and 2026.

Waaree Energies utilized its monocrystalline passivated emitter and rear cell panels for the successful delivery of 850 MW solar PV modules. These modules were allocated to four major solar projects, including a 56 MW initiative in Fort Bend, Texas; a 129 MW project in High Point, Illinois; a substantial 288 MW venture in Union, Ohio; and a noteworthy 375 MW assignment in the Red Tailed Hawk Solar project located in Texas.

In a noteworthy achievement, Waaree Energies has now surpassed the milestone of supplying over 4 GW of solar modules to various clients in the United States in the year 2023.

Remarkably, the delivery of modules was accomplished four weeks ahead of schedule, demonstrating Waaree's commitment to efficiency. This prompt delivery facilitated Acciona in meeting its project's commercial operation date timelines, further solidifying the successful partnership between the two companies.
