TCS and Cisco Launch Center of Excellence for Autonomous Enterprise Operations.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Cisco have partnered to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on Autonomous Enterprise Operations. The initiative aims to help businesses transition from rule-based automation to intelligent, self-governing systems capable of understanding context in real time and taking independent actions.

“By enabling zero-touch operations, the CoE will help organisations reduce operational complexities and deliver exponential business outcomes by removing friction in existing IT environments,” the companies said in a joint statement on Friday.

The CoE will serve as an experience hub where customers can explore and adopt higher levels of operational autonomy. TCS and Cisco plan to develop solutions across industry verticals and showcase offerings customized for individual client needs.
