Taurus Investment planning mixed-use properties in India.

US-based Taurus Investment Holdings is planning to develop retail-led, mixed-use properties in India, according to a top executive.

“The firm’s plan is to focus on tier 1 and high-growth tier-2 cities in south and west India,” said Ajay Prasad, managing director of Taurus Investment Holdings. “We plan to focus on secondary markets due to high demand in those markets.”
