DEV IT Bags Prestigious Contract from GIFT City Undertaking.

Dev Information Technology Limited (DEVIT) has secured a notable order from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) for the procurement of AutoCAD licenses with a three-year subscription in the DTA area of GIFT City. The total order value is approximately ₹29 lakh.

The licenses will provide an integrated BIM platform supporting architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, and construction workflows. Key features include 2D drafting and 3D modelling, along with AI-enabled tools such as Smart Blocks, Markup Import, and automation.

DEVIT said the solution will also serve as a cost-effective drafting tool for preparing zoning drawings, layouts, and regulatory documents, reinforcing its commitment to supporting advanced digital infrastructure in India’s emerging business hubs.
