Tata Projects Bags ₹670 Crore RMZ Infinity Commercial Construction Contract in Chennai

Tata Projects Ltd has secured a ₹670.24 crore contract from real estate platform RMZ for the main civil works of RMZ Infinity, a major commercial development coming up in Porur, Chennai.

Under the contract, Tata Projects will execute the complete core and shell construction, including civil, structural and architectural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, basement flooring, common-area finishes, fire-rated doors and external finishes.

RMZ Infinity is planned across 16.4 acres on Mount Poonamallee Road and will feature four commercial towers with a total built-up area of around 3.54 million sq ft and approximately 2.94 million sq ft of leasable space.

The development is targeted primarily at Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and has been pre-certified for USGBC LEED Gold, while also targeting WELL Gold certification.

The contract strengthens Tata Projects’ commercial construction portfolio while adding another large-scale office development to Chennai’s expanding business real-estate market.
