Syrma SGS to Assemble Taiwanese Firm Gigabyte’s Server Motherboards at Chennai Facility.

Giga Computing, a subsidiary of Taiwanese high-performance computing and data center solutions company Gigabyte Group, has partnered with Indian electronics manufacturer Syrma SGS Technology Limited to locally produce servers in Chennai.

Under the agreement, Syrma SGS will assemble Gigabyte’s server motherboards at its Chennai facility, supporting India’s “Make in India” initiative and strengthening Giga Computing’s supply chain presence in South Asia.

The initial production will focus on enterprise-grade boards, including the GIGABYTE MS73-HB0 and MZ33-AR1, which are critical components for data centers and enterprise computing, meeting the growing demand for IT hardware in India.
