Shiva Cement receives environment clearances for expansion projects.

The Board of Directors of Shiva Cement Limited at their meeting held recently has approved the notice of the postal ballot for seeking shareholders' approval for the Material Related Party Transactions.

The Company has received environmental clearance from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for the purpose of expansion of Cement Plant with increase of clinker to 3 MTPA and cement to 2 MTPA along with installation of 12 MW of Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation System.

The Company has received environmental clearance from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for proposed Limestone mine (Khatkurbahal North) Block with production capacity of Limestone 1.6 MTPA and Mineral Reject 0.035 million TPA, Top Soil 0.033 MTPA and Waste 3.875 MTPA with proposed crusher & screen with capacity of 800 TPH Limestone at villages Khatkurbahal, Phalsakani, Tehsil-Kutra.

The Company has received environmental clearance from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (issued by State Environment Impact Assessment Authority Orissa) for Khatkurbahal Limestone and Dolomite mine with expansion in production capacity from 0.3475 million TPA to 1.5 million TPA Limestone, 0.20 million m3 per annum OB/Waste/SB/IB/Low grade Dolomite and 0.108 million m3 per annum Top Soil with mobile crusher with screen of 500 TPH capacity at villages Khatkurbahal, Kulenbahal, Tehsil- Kutra.
