"Shakti Pumps Wins ₹9.40 Crore Order from Jharkhand for Solar Water Pumps"

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has announced its first major order from Jharkhand, valued at ₹9.40 crore, including GST. The Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency has awarded the company a contract to provide 400 Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme.

The Department of Agriculture, Jharkhand, has tasked Shakti Pumps with designing, manufacturing, supplying, transporting, installing, testing, and commissioning the solar water pumping systems. The company is required to complete these tasks within 120 days of receiving the Notice to Proceed.

This contract is a domestic deal and does not involve any related party transactions or interests from the promoter group. The solar water pumping systems will be installed at various locations across Jharkhand, marking a significant step in the state's renewable energy initiatives.
