Samrudhi unveils residential project in Hessur, Bangalore.

Real estate promoter Samrudhi Realty has anounced a residential project off Hessur road in Bangalore called Samrudhi Rhythm. The project, which is claimed to be 'priced reasonably', given the proximity to prime locations in the city, will have 200 apartments.

At present, Samruddhi has seven ongoing projects in Bangalore across 17 acres consisting of 718 flats. The projects target mid-segment buyers.

Samrudhi Rhythm promises to offer an attractive landscape and is adjacent to Alpha engineering college and a 10-minute drive from Manyata tech park. Apart from the convenience of proximity, the project also features standard amenities like round-the-clock security system, intercom facility and rainwater harvesting.
