Rs 160 million provided for schemes in Attock

Attock: Punjab government has provided Rs 160 million for the development of PP-15 Attock city and various schemes in final stages of completion. The MPA, Syed Ijaz Hussain Bokhari informed APP on Friday.

He said that the Chief Minister Punjab, Chawdhry Pervaiz EIlahi is taking personal interest in the development of Attock allocated sufficient funds for various development projects including health, education, and communication and electricity projects.

Bokhari further said that the Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has allocated Rs 30 million for the provision of sui gas to 15 additional abadis of PP-15 Attock. Punjab government would provide an surplus fund of Rs 20 million for constructing nullahs in his constituency for a proper drainage system. To a question, he replied that all local members are united under the leadership of Zila Nazim Major Tahir Sadiq (R) to undertake development work.
