Pennar secures orders worth Rs. 76 cr.

Pennar Industries Ltd. and its subsidiary Pennar Enviro Ltd. have bagged orders worth Rs. 76 crore from Hindustan Dorr Oliver, United Spirits Ltd., Sterling and Wilson, Integral Coach Factory, Southern Railway and East Central Railway, among others.

Nrupender Rao, Executive Chairman, Pennar Group, in a statement said, 'We have seen a robust growth in order book across all the verticals and this is indicative of our focus on driving volumes as well the impetus given to on-time execution in these businesses. With our order book turnaround times improving, we are also eliciting more repeat orders from existing customers. We are confident of continuing growth in all our verticals.'

The orders include water treatment solutions for two companies and module mounting systems for Sun Technologies and Sterling and Wilson. Another order is from Southern Railway and East Central Railway for the supply of components for Wagons.

The company's subsidiary Pennar Engineered Building Systems Ltd. had filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI on March 27, 2015.
