Indoor Stadium Nearing Completion.

The proposed indoor stadium with state of the art facilities at Nagampadam here is nearing completion. The stadium complex, 70 per cent work of which has been completed, will have a 24,000 sq ft play area on the first floor.

The maple wooden floored play area would consist of a volley ball court, a basket ball court and shuttle badminton court of international standards.

Besides the play area, the first floor of the proposed stadium would have a gymnasium, a yoga hall and a medical aid room, while the second floor would have separate dormitories for ladies and gents with 100 each bed. Another highlight of the indoor stadium is its spacious gallery with 4,000 seats stretched along the second, third and fourth floors. The stadium will also have a 500 seated VIP gallery on the first floor.
