Karimnagar: The ambitious Rajiv Swagruha housing scheme would be taken up at the sprawling 89 acres land by constructing multi-storied apartments to accommodate nearly 7,500 families, albeit beneficiaries, near Nusthullapur village of Thimmapur mandal on the Hyderabad route.
This gated community satellite township has been coined as Manair Theeram (Manair shores) because of its location on the banks of Lower Manair (river) Dam (LMD) reservoir on the outskirts of Karimnagar town.
Explaining the silent features of the gated community of Manair Theeram, A.P. Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Managing Director Shalini Mishra said that the Manair Theeram township would be constructed with all amenities such as piped gas supply, underground cabling network, two elevators, adequate supply of drinking water, sewerage treatment plant, plantations, fire extinguishers, multiplexes, shopping malls, club houses, children’s park, lawns, etc.
