Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Maharashtra.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pali, Maharashtra, which will operate under a franchise model. The hotel is expected to commence operations in FY 2026.

Pali, located in Maharashtra’s Raigad district, is known for its historical and natural attractions, including the Ballaleshwar Ganapati Temple, one of the Ashtavinayak temples. The region also attracts trekkers with routes leading to Sarasgad Fort and Sudhagad Fort.

The upcoming Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pali, will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, bar, swimming pool, and other amenities. The hotel is located approximately 98 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and 97 km from Mumbai Central Railway Station, with good road connectivity.
