Meta Expands Green Energy Commitment With 900 MW Partnership With CleanMax.

Meta Platforms, Inc. and CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd on Wednesday announced a partnership to develop more than 900 MW of renewable energy capacity in India.

As part of the collaboration, the companies will support the development of 837 MW of new solar and wind projects across Rajasthan and Karnataka, according to a joint statement.

Including previously announced projects, the partnership now represents a total renewable energy capacity of over 900 MW, the companies said.

The initiative underscores growing corporate investment in clean energy solutions in India, particularly in large-scale solar and wind power development aimed at supporting long-term sustainability goals.
