Dabur India Expands Digital Capabilities with New Global Capability Centres.

Dabur India Ltd recently announced the establishment and scaling of two strategic global capability centres (GCCs) aimed at accelerating its digital transformation and strengthening consumer engagement.

The company said its Information Technology Global Capability Centre (IT GCC) will serve as a strategic hub powering Dabur’s digital backbone, while the Digital Marketing Global Capability Centre will function as a next-generation marketing engine focused on enhancing consumer experiences.

According to Dabur, the IT GCC will support the creation of a resilient, scalable and intelligence-led technology ecosystem to drive the company’s growth ambitions across India and international markets. The Digital Marketing GCC, meanwhile, will leverage advanced marketing technologies, artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to deliver more personalised and meaningful interactions with consumers.

Commenting on the development, Dabur India Global Chief Executive Officer Mohit Malhotra said the company is reimagining its future through a strong focus on digital, data and global capability building.
