Melonwood launches 4th project.

The Kochi-based Melonwood Homes has announced the launch of its fourth project – Melonwood Greens at nearby Vazhakkala. The six-storey apartment has two, three and four bedrooms ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 sq ft and will cost between Rs. 55 lakh and Rs. 1.25 crore.

The project will be completed by December 2016, Sajo Jacob, Managing Director, said.
