M3M India to Invest ₹600 Crore in New Commercial Project in Gurugram

Real estate developer M3M India has announced the launch of M3M Capital Financial Center, a new commercial development at Sector 113 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The company plans to invest approximately ₹600 crore in the project, which will be developed across 1.42 acres. The project will comprise 165 units, including 152 premium office spaces, six multiplex units and seven retail outlets. Construction is expected to be completed by 2029.

The development is part of M3M Group’s broader expansion strategy. The group plans to invest around ₹10,000 crore during the current financial year on construction and land acquisition. With more than 30 million sq ft under construction, the company is also pursuing additional land purchases, including upcoming auctions in Noida, with ₹2,500 crore earmarked for land banking.
