KANUPP starts power supply to KESC

Karachi: The Karachi Nuclear Power Plant (KANUPP) has started and synchronised with the Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) grid. This was announced by the spokesman of the KANUPP, Tariq Rasheed. He said that the KANUPP has started supplying 80 MW of electricity to the KESC system.

The spokesman pointed out that the KANUPP had ceased the power supply owing to the tripping of the KESC line on morning. He further stated that the supply to the KESC system resumed from the KANUPP.
