Jindal Steel & Power to acquire power projects

Jindal Steel & Power is looking at acquiring power projects.

The company will take over the projects which have acquired land and government licences to accelerate expansion.

The company will fund through internal resources and debt. The company is on discussion with project developers and decision on purchase is expected to be taken by April 2012.
