Inox launches 6-screen multiplex at Thrissur.

Multiplex operator Inox recently launched its first property in Kerala with the opening of six-screen multiplex in Thrissur.

The new multiplex, opened at Sobha City mall in Thrissur, has a capacity of 1,368 seats.

“We are delighted to launch our first property in Kerala.

This launch is a step towards Inox’s commitment of providing a world class cinema viewing experience to movie goers across India,” Inox Leisure CEO Alok Tandon said in a statement.

The company, in a separate statement, also said that it has launched its first multiplex at Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.

The three-screen multiplex has a seating capacity of 1,012 people.

Inox now operates a total of 413 screens in 105 properties across 57 cities pan India.
