Areva T&D India wins WBSETCL contract

Mumbai: Areva T&D India has bagged a West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) contract for setting up a 400 kilo-volt sub-station in Kharagpur.

The contract is worth Rs 110 crore and will be completed in 30 months.

Areva T&D will undertake design, engineering, supply and erection work under the contract on a turnkey basis and includes major transmission and distribution equipment such as Large Power transformers, 400/320/200 breakers and an automation system with control and display panels.
