Inox Clean Energy–RJ Corp Alliance to Launch 570 MW Renewable Portfolio in Africa.

Inox Clean Energy (Inox Clean) has entered the African renewable energy market through a joint venture with RJ Corp, marking its first major international expansion.

The partnership, formed through a newly created joint venture (JV) entity, will focus on tapping into Africa’s rapidly growing clean energy sector. As part of the agreement, the JV has acquired Skypower Services MENA, which is targeting the commissioning of approximately 570 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy capacity in its first phase.

Inox Clean, an integrated renewable energy platform under the INOXGFL Group, brings extensive experience in developing, operating, and scaling renewable energy assets across India. The company said it aims to replicate its domestic success in high-growth international markets, with Africa emerging as a key strategic focus.

The initial 570 MW rollout is expected to lay the foundation for a broader expansion strategy across the continent, positioning the joint venture to capitalise on rising demand for sustainable power solutions.
