ETA General Plans to Set Up Rs. 250 crore A/c Unit by Next Year.

Super premium air conditioner maker ETA General Private Limited recently said it will set up a manufacturing facility in India with an investment of over Rs. 250 crore or more.

A feasibility study to identify an ideal location for the proposed plant has been initiated and the unit, which will have a production capacity of over 500,000 units per annum is expected to be commissioned by 2015.

'With a view to doubling the market share, the company is contemplating a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. A feasibility study is on the way,' said Ejazuddin, Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ETA General.
