Craftsman Automation Plans ₹750-800 Crore Capex in FY26.

Auto component manufacturer Craftsman Automation Ltd is slated to continue its capital expenditure program with a planned investment of ₹750–800 crore in the fiscal year 2026. This was announced by the company's Chairman and Managing Director, Srinivasan Ravi.

The company maintains a positive outlook, stating its operations are largely shielded from current geopolitical uncertainties and tariff-related pressures. The management expressed confidence in their ability to transfer any increased tariff costs to customers, as the majority of their contracts are based on either Free On Board (FOB) or Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) terms.

During the Q4 FY25 earnings call with analysts, Ravi outlined the company's financial aspirations for FY26, targeting a top line of ₹7,000 crore and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹1,100 crore. He also highlighted the company's performance in FY25, where the Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) reached ₹512 crore, with an预计 growth to between ₹650 crore and ₹700 crore in FY26.
