Dodla Dairy Ltd. (BSE - 543306, NSE - DODLA, ISIN: INE021001019), a leading integrated dairy company in India, has successfully acquired a 35.23-acre land parcel in Itkal Village, Dharashiv District, Maharashtra. This strategic acquisition is aimed at establishing an integrated plant to better serve the surrounding Solapur district, capitalizing on the company's robust procurement network in the state.

Dodla Dairy's Managing Director, Mr. Dodla Sunil Reddy, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, "We are pleased to announce this land acquisition as it will help us enhance our foothold in Maharashtra, a crucial geography for our supply chain. Currently, Dodla is procuring 2 lakh litres of milk per day from Maharashtra, which is processed in our plants located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh."

The new integrated plant will be equipped with capabilities for milk condensing and powder production, which will not only improve operational efficiency but also expand Dodla Dairy's value-added product (VAP) portfolio.
