DEV IT Bags Contract from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City.

Dev Information Technology Limited (DEVIT) has won a significant contract from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) for the procurement of AutoCAD licenses, including a three-year subscription for the Development and Trading Area (DTA) of GIFT City.

The order, valued at approximately INR 29 crore, will enable GIFT City to leverage AutoCAD’s comprehensive suite of design and drafting tools. Key features include an integrated BIM platform supporting architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, and construction workflows; advanced 2D drafting and 3D modeling capabilities with AI-driven tools such as Smart Blocks, Markup Import, and automation; and cost-effective solutions for zoning drawings, layouts, and regulatory documentation.

This deal strengthens DEVIT’s presence in the urban infrastructure technology segment and reflects GIFT City’s ongoing focus on adopting cutting-edge digital tools for its development projects.
