Zetwerk Receives ARAI Approval for 60kW and 120kW EV Chargers.

ZETWERK, a leading contract manufacturing marketplace, has received approval from the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) for its 60kW and 120kW DC fast chargers. These chargers will be supplied to Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and private charge point operators across India.

Earlier this year, ZETWERK secured a contract with IOCL to supply over 1,400 EV fast chargers, ranging from 50kW to 120kW, featuring advanced DC Dual Gun CCS2 technology. The chargers are set to significantly enhance the availability of fast-charging infrastructure across India, addressing one of the key barriers to widespread EV adoption.

"Securing ARAI certification is a major milestone that underscores our commitment to product quality, safety, and reliability. This aligns with the ‘Make in India’ initiative and strengthens our role in promoting EV adoption through premium, domestically produced chargers," said Srinath Ramakkrushnan, Co-founder and COO of ZETWERK.

ZETWERK is also investing in research and development to expand its portfolio, with plans to launch Super DC Chargers with capacities of 240kW and 360kW, aimed at reducing charging times at commercial and public EV charging stations.
