World Bank to fund Rs.8,583 Crore for Tamilnadu road proejcts.

The Times of India reported that Tamil Nadu may receive Rs 8,583 crore for its road sector projects from World Bank.

This is one of the biggest externally-aided project in the State so far would cover 1,678 km of roads in identified areas and works are expect to commence from next year.
