Welspun Corp's EPIC Secures ₹3,000-Crore Order in Saudi Arabia

Welspun Corp, a prominent global manufacturer of line pipes, has announced significant achievements for its associate company, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), with cumulative orders exceeding ₹3,000 crore (SAR 1.32 billion) since November of the previous year.

The substantial orders encompass various projects, including the supply of steel pipes to the Saline Water Conversion Corporation valued at ₹2,200 crore (SAR 1 billion). Additionally, EPIC has secured orders for supplying steel pipes to the Saudi Arabian Oil Co (Aramco), amounting to ₹339 crore (SAR 153 million), along with an order for double jointing and coating of steel pipes for Aramco valued at ₹377 crore (SAR 170 million).

EPIC, recognized as Saudi Arabia’s leading manufacturer of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes, boasts fully integrated manufacturing facilities. The company is strategically positioned to pursue further projects, particularly in the Water and Oil & Gas sectors.
